WE’RE HIRING!
Gem City Market is looking for its next CEO/General Manager to lead our community-owned grocery cooperative in Dayton, Ohio.
This is more than a grocery store leadership role. It’s an opportunity for an experienced grocery leader to help build a financially sustainable business while advancing Gem City Market’s mission to provide quality, affordable food and meaningful opportunity in the community it serves.
We’re looking for someone who can balance mission and margin, a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader with strong grocery operations, financial, people-management, and community leadership experience.
If you’re passionate about grocery, cooperatives, and building stronger communities, this could be your next opportunity.
