How will I let Gem City Market know that I am a member-owner? There will be multiple ways to identify our member-owners. The easiest way will be to present your email at checkout. You will also have the opportunity to receive a member-owner card. *You will not need to present this at checkout during future shopping trips. What if my address, phone number, or email has changed since becoming a member-owner? For now, please don’t worry about it. There will be a form added to our website and available at Customer Service. Stay tuned! Where do I park? There is parking available in our lot along Superior Ave. There is also limited street parking available on Superior Ave. |

Is it safe to shop at Gem City Market? We built our Market during a global pandemic! You could say we have been working diligently to ensure policies and procedures are in place come opening. For the safety of all of our community, we will be limiting the number of patrons able to shop in the market at once. Your patience is appreciated. Masks will be required at all times.
